Wtf? : Part 2 : The Revenge

So, I contacted the Merchant Circle account where I first saw the review. Mike (whose last name I will not reveal unless he gives me permission), was very kind in explaining to me that he didn't post the review and only grabbed it from the JustHost web page. He subsequently corrected the error on the Merchant Circle account, and now I am contacting JustHost specifically with the following:

I have found a review of your service attributed to me and my website, www.classnotescomic.com that I did not write nor upload to your website. Here is a link with a screen shot:

That is the exact same review which has appeared on your Merchant Circle page:

Can you please take this review down and explain how it was put up in the first place?
